Aaron is responsible for Phoenix’s quality management system (QMS) which includes processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality requirements, customer requirements, applicable Codes and Standards, as well as Phoenix’s internal procedures.
Katie is responsible for leading, developing and executing a clearly defined strategy that supports business growth which includes new markets and applications, and other emerging areas for neutron imaging and radiation effects testing where Phoenix can continue to be an industry leader.
Sam is a customer-focused senior business administrator with strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of Phoenix’s business operations. She oversees financial operations, approves purchases and expenditures, supports marketing and promoting the business, and facilitates training programs. Sam supports the team by streamlining business activities with a positive attitude that has a big impact on productivity and customer satisfaction.
Michael joined Phoenix in December 2020 to lead business development and expand neutron imaging services and radiation testing services to new applications and markets, such as medical, automotive, aerospace, defense, and other industrial manufacturing processes.
Brad leads sales and business development efforts for neutron radiography systems and services with government and commercial entities around the globe.
Martin develops new markets and applications for digital neutron imaging.
Stephen receives POs from customers, makes the job packets and tray labels for the guys on the floor to get the day started, and works in the film viewing station reading film and signing certifications.
Mike's responsibilities include writing and approving inspection technique sheets, training and certifying Phoenix NDT personnel, and viewing and certifying radiographs. As the technical lead for the Phoenix neutron radiography program, he works to ensure the process produces quality radiographs for Phoenix customers.
Cal is responsible for fixturing, dark room operations, warehousing, and facility improvement projects.
Ian fixtures both blades and energetics, processes films in the dark room, and occasionally operates the accelerator. He also acts as a Salesforce liaison, fixing minor technical problems and maintaining accurate documentation on jobs and QA processes.
Chris operates and monitors Helga so employees can utilize the beam safely and efficiently. He also performs routine maintenance on Helga and the beamlines.
Patrick joined Phoenix in the summer of 2019 and has witnessed the progress from the very first images to full commercial operations and expansion. He is responsible for scheduling and executing high-quality services to Phoenix customers, as well as managing regulatory obligations, audits, and the production team.
Stephen's work consists of creating the paperwork from Salesforce for the jobs, making the gad labels, and setting up the parts for energetics and turbine blades. He also ships and receives explosives and turbine blades.
Shaun is responsible for the organizing, labeling, and layout of customer parts to be processed and shot.
