Trevor is responsible for supporting Phoenix Neutron Imaging production and quality assurance by gad-tagging turbine blades, fixturing parts to be imaged, and following dark room procedures. When able, helping to fixture and inventory energetic parts.

Non-Destructive Testing Technician

Braden is responsible for preparing turbine blades for imaging, and processing the films that are taken. When those are up to date, he helps in other areas and miscellaneous duties, like energetics preparation and general shipping.

Sam is a customer-focused problem solver with strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of Phoenix’s business operations. She manages relationships with new and existing clients, generates quotes & proposals, oversees financial operations, approves purchases and expenditures, and facilitates training programs. Sam supports the team by streamlining business activities with a positive attitude that has a big impact on productivity and customer satisfaction.

Neutron Radiography NDT Level II

Stephen receives POs from customers, makes the job packets and tray labels for the guys on the floor to get the day started, and works in the film viewing station reading film and signing certifications.

NDT Engineer Responsible Level III

Neutron Radiography NDT Level III

Mike's responsibilities include writing and approving inspection technique sheets, training and certifying Phoenix NDT personnel, and viewing and certifying radiographs. As the technical lead for the Phoenix neutron radiography program, he works to ensure the process produces quality radiographs for Phoenix customers.

Neutron Radiography NDT Level III

Patrick joined Phoenix in the summer of 2019 and has witnessed the progress from the very first images to full commercial operations and expansion. He is responsible for scheduling and executing high-quality services to Phoenix customers, as well as managing regulatory obligations, audits, and the production team.

Stephen's work consists of creating the paperwork from Salesforce for the jobs, making the gad labels, and setting up the parts for energetics and turbine blades. He also ships and receives explosives and turbine blades.
